We are building a culture at Elicio that requires specific core characteristics, essentially specific DNA, from every single person on our team to achieve our core mission of defeating cancer including:

Passion: We need people with great intellect, skills, and experience but also a tremendous passion for attacking huge challenges as if their own life or that of someone they love depends upon it.
